Stakeholder Grievance Procedure

Our Commitment

We believe that everyone affected by our work should have a safe, straightforward way to raise concerns. This grievance process is open to clients, employees, contractors, suppliers, community partners, and members of the public. You do not need to be a client to use it.

What You Can Report

We accept grievances related to:

  • Harm or potential harm caused by our business activities
  • Unethical, misleading, or illegal conduct
  • Discrimination or harassment
  • Labor, human resources, or environmental concerns
  • Privacy issues
  • Retaliation for raising a prior concern

How the Process Works

  1. Submit your concern using the form below, or by email or mail.
  2. We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days.
  3. We review your grievance and determine next steps within 10 business days.
  4. We work toward resolution within 30 days. If we need more time, we will let you know.
  5. We communicate the outcome and confirm when the matter is resolved. If a grievance is not accepted, we explain why.

Resolutions may include explanation, corrective action, policy changes, remediation, or referral to mediation or another process. Our goal is a fair outcome and prevention of future harm.

Protection From Retaliation

We do not tolerate retaliation of any kind against anyone who raises a grievance in good faith or participates in this process. We handle grievances confidentially where possible, limit access to necessary reviewers, and ensure that individuals involved in a grievance do not decide its outcome.
